7 Days Returns

You have 7 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered for all ready-to-ship items.

Easy and Free Returns

You can return any ready-to-ship product you have bought, and we will proceed money return as soon as the item is received. 

Refunds

If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund.

 

Return Procedure

1. Initiate A Return:

2. Ship Product:

  • To return your product, you should dispatch your product to: Meira Jewellery c/o Rajkamal Jewellers, Shop-1, Damodar Complex,Mamunayak Ni Pole, Tankshal Road, Kalupur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Pin- 380001 Mob 6359579720.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over Rs.1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It may get lost in transit.

3. Refund Processed: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

 

Points to be considered

A defective/damaged item

In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you can return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact during 7 days after receiving it. Please ensure to make unboxing video while opening package to verify product is damaged when you received, Else claim will be rejected. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

A wrong item 

In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund along with free 7 days returns.

We can not proceed a return if: 

1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 7 days from delivery.

2. Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it..

3. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

No particular reason returns. 

If you change your mind before receiving your item, just call us to cancel your order and we will process the refund along with any shipping fees applied. 

If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 7 days to return them, Shipping bills  will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

Exceeding 7 days time frame returns.

There may be situations in which you were not able to return items within the 7 days time frame, in such cases please contact our Customer Service through the Contact Us page to file a complaint. Complaints are handled on case by case basis.

Examination

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Money refund

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), the money will be refunded in account requested by you. Otherwise you can request a refund in another modes. Please allow for up to 5 days for the refund transfer to be completed post receipt of goods.

Cancellation Policy 

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 5 days for the refund transfer to be completed. 

Replace or Exchange of an item

At the moment, We do not offer replacement or exchange of an item; however you can still return an item and receive a full refund.

No Original Pack / Labels /Tags 

We accept return of item only if it is in an unused, in original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it. Packaging should be the same as when it was delivered to you.
